What can I expect in the first session?
Your first session is a chance to begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, how it’s impacting your day-to-day life, and what you’d like support with. I’ll outline how I work and there will be plenty of time for questions.

Where are you located?
I work in Newcaslte upon Tyne, I see clients in Gosforth and Whitley Bay, both easily accessible from Newcastle upon Tyne, with convenient parking and metro links nearby.

Do you only work with men?
No, I also work with women.
